I've had mine for OVER 3 years. All others don't have the volume quality these have. I'm heart broken that they have died after so long.
Pros: ease of use, battery, Performance

Battery will not last than 1 hr max

Irritating vibration, battery life is less than an hour, it drain very fast, sound is good, but you can't relay on it even if you want to go for 2-3 hrs journey, it will grain in 30-40 min even if you fully charged it.

Terrible on iPhone 4 & 5!

I previously owned the prior model, HBS-700 and was EXTREMELY PLEASED with both the performance and quality of the device. So much so, that I made it a point to buy the new model HBS-730 for my birthday (despite there being nothing wrong with my existing headset). My perception of the product changed entirely upon receipt and use of the new model. Sluggishness, skipping of media and worst of all, the Bluetooth range of the device was seemingly cut by two-thirds! The connection would drop-out and skip with the phone less than two feet away in my pocket (I did not have any problems like that with the prior model)! While the sound quality may have improved, overall, this was clearly a step backwards in the line and by LG. If you are considering this model, I would suggest you wait for LG to either put out a firmware update for the 730 OR buy the earlier HBS-700. Very disappointed...

Fell below expectations

I have to spout that the majority of my products are LG and that I'm partial to the product because of the quality. I was disappointed that the 730 doesn't hold true to LG's standards. I have the 700 and had assumed that I would receive the same quality, but I am having issues with loss of volume in the left side and the out of range signal would come on even though I am just a short distance away.

Was very excited to get HBS-730 because of the rave reviews on the HBS-700 I had seen online and heard from friends. My initial experience with them was even better than I had hoped. The sound was great, they felt very comfortable around my neck and to much surprise the buds actually fit well in my ears. could not have been happier... Then I set my cell phone down (my music source), walked 5-10 feet away and turned around only to experience spotty Bluetooth reception. At 10 feet that is a deal breaker. I have returned them and bought the 700s.
