Pretty but doesn't dry clothes completely

I have had my washer and dryer for 2 months. The dryer doesn't completely dry all the clothes. I don't have that much in the dryer and use the proper automatic settings. A technician came by and cleaned the sensor (which was dirty) even though I have only used the dryer 8 times. Hopefully it will start to work better
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great dryer for small, large, fragile, and heavy duty items. It does it all. The steam feature has become one of my favorite features. I have not ruined an item yet and I have tried, although not intentionally. From silk to to a tapestry wall hanging, this dryer was able to take away my worries from the horrors of the traditional and laudromat dryers I was used to in my past life."

i bought this dryer and washer as open item and they have been working for almost 6 month now without any problems. Be careful telling your friends about them because they do fit queen size comforter so i have people in and out with their bulk items ... so not much energy or water savings"

Great Dryer

I have used this dryer for 4 months now and it compares very favorably with other front loading dryers I have owned. This dryer offers excellent control over the drying temperature. The sensor dry cycles leave the clothes damper than I like. I like the Steam Fresh cycle. It is great for reducing wrinkles in shirts that don't really want a pressed look.
Pros: Features/Settings, easy to use

Works well, looks good. Quiet operation. Have to remember to keep the dryer vent clean or performance is poor.

Quiet, efficient operation

I've had this dryer for over 6 years and have not had a problem with it. It operates very quietly and dries clothes quite quickly.
