Inner connector loose which equals dud product

Bought this for my Fiance as a Christmas gift. Less than 2 years and the inner connector for the plug in wiggles and will not connect. Now I have a book end. Very, very disappointed as the warranty is out and the product was used as specified and never manipulated. Have the receipt, however did not get the "geek squad" warranty.
A product at this price level should not have such weak inner technology. Loved the product until this and now out $200 :(

Great while the Bluetooth worked

Bluetooth slowly went out over the course of a year. The unit stays put and never moves and is lightly used (I use it to help fall asleep). At first the Bluetooth would randomly disconnect every once in awhile but lately, it happens every 10 seconds making it impossible to listen and enjoy music. Sometimes it won't even connect to my phone. I've tried it with my iPhone 6 and my iPad Air and they both experience the same issue. Very disappointed in JBL for either their poor design or the cheap parts they decided to use for Bluetooth connectivity.
Unfortunately, I can only give the product two stars because the Bluetooth functionality was one of the main reasons I bought it.
