LOVE IT!!

I had been contemplating a small bluetooth speaker for some time. After due diligence I had narrowed it down to the Bose Soundlink Mini, the UE Boom, and the JBL Charge.I eliminated the UE Boom when I found out that you cannot replace the battery should the need ever arise. While I still think that the Bose had a slightly better sound range, I simply could not justify the added cost. I finally pulled the trigger when JBL offered the Charge for $129 with free shipping and I have not regretted my purchase.
The Charge is durable (it has a nice quality feel to it) and the sound is amazing for a
small speaker. It is easy to pair with my phone and I can be in excess of thirty feet
before losing my connection. The sound fills a small room and it sounds great
outdoors. It also fits nicely in a cup holder in both my truck and beach chair. Add to thisthe fact that it comes with a neoprene case (the Bose case is an additional $25.00)
and this becomes an exceptional purchase.

I bought a JBL flip about a year ago. Then, someone thought they needed it more than I did...I was going to get another one but, I saw the flip2 was coming out so, I waited...I couldn't wait, I saw the charge was on sale so I bought it. I had never heard it before...I think it's sounds better than the flip and the volume is excellent. It has a great battery, I've gotten 12 hours per charging...I have no disappoint in my decision choosing the charge over the flip. Both are awesome but the charge has a longer battery life

I have had this speaker for about a month and could not be happier with the performance and sound quality. Handling the device, you can just tell that the unit is very well designed.
Only improvements I would recommend would be a little better instructions on setup and designing the carrying bag to have a spot for the charger.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I received the JBL charge as a Birthday gift from my boyfriend. Its awesome!

I got this as a christmas gift! And i love it, the looks, the portability, the sound, the loudness, i even love the feel of it! Im so impressed by how long the battery can last, even when i charge my phone! Sometimes i bring my charge to school just to charge my phone in class instead of plugging a charger into the wall! The sound is or was really impressive, but now im starting to hear some crackling, something for me to fix! But anyways! The bass can be strong on some songs, but its averagely not strong enough! If JBL updated their charge to 2 subs on both sides of the speaker and the usb plugin on top with the buttons or at the back by the aux plugin, then id forsure invest in that! But over all im impressed with the sound quality that it produces! Id recommend it to anyone forsure!

Ive owned this for about 6 months and can say it one of the best products i own. extremely good battery life and the usb charger option is perfect. i would recommend it to anyone.

Music works alright, until you need to charge it

I bought this a month or so ago, and used it finally enough to warrant recharging, but conveniently the charge cable that came with it doesn't work. I had to plug the charge into my phone charger.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
