More expensive units don't sound this good!!!!!!!!

I purchased this unit 6months ago and I couldn't be happier. It's got great sound , long battery life, it looks good. It even fits into my cup holder in my work truck. I'm a fiber splicer for Verizon and I spend a bunch of time in my truck and this help me pass the time. I've used many other Bluetooth radios and this one is the best. I highly recommend. I only wish it had a speaker phone capability but it's not that big of a deal.

big sound for such a small device.I'd like the charge feature and the fact that you can hook up an external device that is not bluetooth. I actually play this in a weightlifting class with 50 kids rocking to the music.

My son had one first and really liked it. The sound is great and overall features make this a really fun speaker for indoors and outdoors. My son has even taken his with to go coyote hunting and used it for coyotes calls. Would definitely recommend.

Great purchase...puts Beats Pill to shame

After checking out the Beats pill, I decided to check out the JBL Charge shadow. .I must say that the sound quality is much better, has better features at a much more reasonable price point. JBL has been in this game for a long time and continues to impress of putting great sound quality in a little package. I commend then on keeping up their brand of excellence.

Great portable sound

I've bought JBL products on and off for over 20 years. Quality has been consistent during that period. I've had the JBL charge for a month and I'm still very satisfied. Very good sound in the context of outdoor / portable use. Battery life has been great. I've used it multiple days for a few hours each time and I'm still on the original charge.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Horrible documentation

The documentation that comes with the product is pathetic. The pairing of this product with another bluetooth device is deeply troubled and I discovered only by accident that the device must be turned off for 3-5 minutes in order to be paired without another bluetooth sound source. Also it cannot be paired with more than one device. The safety warnings come in a dozen languages but the documentation is only by graphics and symbols
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

i bought this speaker about 2 months ago and i love it everybody at work likes it i use it to see movies , play music and i use it while i bbq
