Works good, and no contacts on charger is a plus

This device really helps improve keeping your teeth clean. It has been very dependable.
Pros: no electrical contact for charging
Cons: replacement brush tips are expensive
I would recommend this to a friend!

All of them failed

I liked these so much we bought 5 of them. All 5 failed after just over a year. There must be a fatal flaw in the design.
Pros: nice features
Cons: 100% failure rate
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Did you try to restore the default settings? If not, then please do so, because this step can solve many issues. In case you are unsure how to do it, then please have a look to the manual (page 6, “Using Setup menu options – Restore Default settings”), which you can open with the help of the following link:

Bright & quirky, did not last

Loved the package of features included in this item, but they did not work as expected. It was very bright for an alarm clock, even on dim. Had to cover it to be able to sleep, which rather defeats the purpose of a clock. It quit working for no obvious reason. It will power on, and recognize when a USB drive has been plugged in (not an SD card, however). After that, nothing else works, can see only the Source tab, and it will not let me navigate to any other screen or function. Would love to know if there is a reset button, but that information is not mentioned in the product manual.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good if you don't use it much

I bought one of these and thought it would be great. At first it was. The longer I had this the worse it got. It would play the radio fine, and my phone fine. If you used the device with a SD card it would play one song, shut off, and begin looking for the card. It would also get hot the longer that it was used. The formats used for this were also useless. Everything had to be formatted just to fit it, and then most of the time items still would not work.
Pros: it has great sound, you can turn the screen off while listening, no batteries
Cons: the stock photos get very old very quick, device gets hot, formats are very specific
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
