I just bought this vacuum and it seems to work well. My problem was assembly. In step 3 nowhere does it say to remove the cover to insert the 2 screws. It took me 40 minutes and google to understand the diagram for that step. If you would just add that one sentence to the manual it would be a big help when someone buys this vacuum.

It was ordered Monday and it arrived Wednesday, Its a basic reliable vacuum that does the job plus more. The vacuum feels light weight but powerful, Because of the vacuum being called Stretch Breeze i was expecting this big goofy vacuum, but it looks like a normal size vacuum. The quality of the vacuum seems strong Our old Dirt Devil lasted 6 - 7 years without having to change anything on it, except a vacuum bag every 2-5 months, purchasing a $4 pack of bags very rarely at our local store is so much better then having to dump the dirty bag less canister every single time, and then having to order filters is a hassle. PROS: Great Price, Reliable, Strong, Light Weight, Bagged, Simple CONS: None Conclusion: This is the only brand I will use because of the price and reliability.

Works fine and is lightweight which is great. However, the wheels started coming off after about 10 months because the axle of the wheels rotate on plastic inside which wears down. A 10 cent metal washer for it to rotate on would fix this and then the problem would probably never happen. Did get satisfaction from the company in the form of a new vacuum since the original was under warranty. That was really nice.

The worst vacuum ever.I brought 2 vacuum already with this company and both broke before 2 months I may used 4 to 5 times.I called the company and they said they can not do anything because I don't have the receipt.I brought a vacuum for Christmas and today I called the company fev 7 my vaccum stoped working 2 weeks ago.they cant do anything. I will keeping writing more reviews. I hope someone can see this page before you go shopping for a new vacuum, this is frustrated 2 vacuum in less than 6 months not funny. POWER MAX NOT GOOD POWER EXPRESS NOT GOOD

This is a very reliable vacuum, light weight, and easy to use. We especially like it because it is a bagged system. The only down side that I can think of is the wheels. They're plastic and not attached by a rod or metal bolts. The hole where the wheel attaches to the body wore out and got larger, causing the wheel to keep falling off. I had to use a bolt, nut, and washers to attach the wheel. So far it's doing good and seems to be a better fix than the other wheel. If it comes off, then I'll have to fix it the same way. Is it possible that Dirt Devil can improve on the attachment of the wheels so they'll be more likely to last longer? We've owned this less than two years. Thanks for your attention to this matter.

I bought this for my home and had majority of carpet. We have pets and still prefer to use bagged vacuums to really get and hold the hair and dander. Very good vacuum and I hope they continue to carry this model. Thank you I would recommend this vacuum for anyone.

This is my third Dirt Devil, I gave my old one to my grandson. The two newer ones are for my job and my home. I am really glad they decided to put height adjustment for the carpets and floors. It is really a big improvement. I like that it is light weight because I life it in and out of my car for work. So far, I am very satisfied with their new model.

I have never seen a vacuum cleaner made so poorly the wheels broke off within two weeks so disappointed the hoses broke this is the only vacuum cleaner i have ever had a problem with i wish now i would of kept my older one it still worked and ran great just thought i need a new one what a mistake
