My First Front Loading Machine

The Duet? Steam Washer is my first front loading washer - I've had mine for about five years now and love the all different features. It is amazing the how clean my clothes are! For me, it's a great time saver - I can quick wash my lightly soiled laundry, deep clean my really dirty laundry without having to pre-soak, and sanitize items like kitchen and bath towels so I know I'll have no problems with nasty bacteria. Plus, my husband loves the fact that since we use well water, the machine's technology measures just enough water for washing and rinsing rather than filling the washer like traditional machines.
I would recommend this to a friend!

One problem repaired under warranty may have been result of operator error.

bearing failled

I just knew from the tech who came to fix it that these washers have a known issue that tub bearing fails a lot and it start making noise just like a F16 jet
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
