Bad engineering.

Fan is very noisy. You can hear it 40' away. I have never had a electronic component that makes this much noise. We have it in our office because this ware our internet is. Very irritating. Needs to be redesigned.

Didn't work! My DVR gave me a Hard Drive error, so I replaced it as per Lorex instructions. Now it still shows Hard Drive error.

New hard drive did not fix the problem

New hard drive did not fix the problem. Old drive kept crashing although monitor was shoring non-recorded video just fine, until it finally crashed the whole system. New hard drive lasted less than 24 hours.
