The drive works well and

The drive works well and the instructions with the NVR were adequate, however if you are intending to install this to your NVR as an additional hard drive be aware that although your NVR is set up to power the second drive it does NOT have a second SATA cable. You'll need to track one down. It would be nice to have in hand before you've shut down and disassembled your system

I updated my system with a 6 tb hd unit ! It came I installed it and it messed my whole system up ! Put old one back in and everything worked fine ! Called lorex they are replacing in a timly fashion ! I WILL LET YOU KNOW WHAT HAPPENS NEXT !
