An easy to use, reliable espresso machine. We had a faulty power switch, but Cuisinart replaced the machine free of any charge and without any delay. We use this daily and would recommend it to anyone looking for a espresso maker.

It’s a little noisy but works well. It’s hard to know when it’s hot enough to make the espresso. The instructions were a bit confusing regarding that part. Still I like this machine, all my cappuccinos have been delicious.

I've never had an espresso maker before and this was a retirement gift from my company so I didn't get to do any research or choose an espresso maker based on any knowledge of my own. That said, I give it 5 stars thus far because I've used it half a dozen times or so and its easy to use, works like the instructions say it will and my first few attempts at making an americano and cafe mochas have not been total failures, which I've heard they usually are with any new machine. In fact I think I'll shortly have the cafe mocha down to something I enjoy as much as the drive through versions out there if not more. Of course I'm new at this and still experimenting and learning but I'm happy with it.
