I like this machine, I only wish it dispensed the determinate mount of water necessary for a cup of espresso instead of me having to stop the flow of water. It did say manual, I wish it just had been automatic in this one instance.

This is the first espresso machine that I’ve had and I’m really happy with how easy it is to use and of course with the great coffee that it makes. The steamer is my favourite bit - and I hadn’t even really given much thought to that part of the machine.

Love this machine! This is the 3rd one I have. My first EM-100 lasted me more than 10 years. When the first one died I replaced it with a new one but the steam wand broke off. Fortunately, it was under warranty and Cuisinart replaced it with a new EM-100. Great customer service on a great little espresso maker.

This is a good basic espresso machine that is easy to use. Not as heavy duty as my previous Breville machine, but so far seems to work well. I chose this model due to reasonable price and Cuisinart’s reputation for good customer service. Also, CNET ranked this their number 3 pick, just below two much pricier Breville models.
