Received as a house warming gift. It works great. The only thing that I wish was that it included some sample packs and a little clearer instructions. Other than that it makes perfect espressos.

Makes a great espresso. Only con is the tank leaks some into the overflow. So I just add enough water to make what I need so the water doesn't sit in the tank.

i just got it 3 weeks ago, and i'm still trying to figure out the best way to use it.
it makes good expresso, but not as strong as i expected. not enough crema.

I like the results I get for my Latte and espressos. It took a while to get used to the manual operation of when to turn the know to off etc. One concern I have is that I don't see that there is a way to remove and clean the frothing tube. Am I missing something?

My partner got this for my birthday and I am so happy about it! The espresso it makes has a lovely crema. My only qualm is about the frother. It has a double wall and that makes it harder to clean. It is also not quite as effective as others I have tried (such as a Breville). But nevertheless, nothing can beat its price!
