Makes great espresso and steamed milk, but the machine is very small and hard to work with. The steamer wand is much too close to the counter top and the top of the drip tray, making it hard to get the steamer can in and out of place, without lifting away the machine in some tilt fashion. Additionally the water tank is pretty small and requires filling about as often as a keurig, which is also annoying. Wish the machine were larger and more of a professional grade, especially for the price.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My only complaint was the loud vibrating noise it made. So tied a credulity measured length of para chord to the back of the cup warmer rail so that chord could be pressed to go around the lid of the water box. Bad noise gone. I also think it’s weird that water drains into the base, but it’s easy to empty, just don’t forget to empty it.
Other than that it’s fun and easy to use makes perfect espresso or latte whatever you want.

I love espresso now and I don’t even drink cups of coffee I make at home. The machine is really loud so in the morning it wakes my roommates up but overall it’s good!

It is easy to use, coffee tastes awesome and cleanup is easy. A little noisy and the coffee basket only holds a single shot (two drinkers every morning with two shots each) means more messing around!

I have bought this Espresso machine 2X because it is EZ to use but the pump on the steamer could be stronger it did burn out on my first machine. I actually recommended it to a friend who was @ our house for Easter Brunch.
