This replaced an old bread maker that died. This works SO much better. Love being able to take out the paddle& reshape the bread. Some reviews said the bread baked too dark - mine seems perfect. I have my old recipe book but the breads are coming out better. They seem to rise better & bake better. I am still experimenting with additional recipes, but so far everything is wonderful. Great crusty partial whole wheat breads I can’t buy where I now live. Working on bagels because I don’t have any good ones nearby.

Over cooks lower part of bread made 6 loads of bread everyone was over cook on bottom bought another brand have no problem first time I used it

This is my second one! I bought my first one 8 years ago and it accompanied me through two international moves. I gifted it to a friend before moving back to the US for lack of space - and because she had loved the bread it made. We love to have fresh bread whenever we have soup, which is at least once a week, so this breadmaker gets its workout! It is so easy to set up and put on delayed start so the bread is ready right on time. I would highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys fresh, homemade bread.

I am so so happy with this bread maker, since we bought it we make so many types of breads and the good thing is my young daughters easily follow the instructions and make the breads as per they want. This is one of the coolest feature of my kitchen now and our house is filled with delicious aroma every other morning or evening. Our cul-de-sac also tempting to knock the door when they smell amazing smell ....lol.

I purchased this bread maker in April 2019. It replaced a bread maker that I had for 12 years. It lasted for 2 months before it made a horrible grinding noise and I got the dreaded HHH error code. I called customer service and they are sending me a new bread maker. I really liked it and will continue to get a new one even if it breaks down again. After all it has a 3 year warranty. It makes great bread when it works. I know others have complained about the crust being too dark even on the light setting but I did not find this to be true. I kind of wished that it came with a double paddle system. It would have been easier on the mixing process. I sometimes have to use a spatula to scrape the ingredients off the side of the pan but that is no big deal. All in all it is a decent bread machine.

I was disappointed in this bread maker. The bread didn’t taste as good as what my former bread maker made, which was a less expensive machine. The Cuisinart was easy to use and I liked the shape of the bread but the taste is what’s important and on that, this bread maker just wasn’t up to snuff. I have used & have other Cuisinart products in my kitchen so was really disappointed this wasn’t as good as it should have been.
