The Cuisinart bread maker has many features I haven't seen on other machines. Like the beep that sounds when it's time to remove the paddle. I don't know why other machines don't have a pause button; seems so simple. It makes a decent loaf of bread. The outside of the machine gets very hot during baking, something I think they should do a better job of controlling. The display should be backlit.

Disappointed by this so far. I’ve followed the recipes and the quick breads come out dry. I don’t love the hole in the bottom of the loaf either.

I have made 2 loaves of bread of different sizes, and have a lot of difficulty getting the bread out of the pan, even though I followed the directions carefully. Otherwise, it's good.

I absolutely love the machine, took a little practice but this saves me money and one less thing to pick up at the grocery store. The recipes are great but I highly recommend kosher salt, and slightly less sugar in each recipe to give it a better balance. There are a lot of mixed reviews on this, but as long as you clean, maintain and use your machine properly it will last.
