This is my first bread machine. It’s easy to use. Follow the instructions. I made the French rosemary and olive bread, French rosemary bread and whole wheat. All were great. I do not remove blade. I use the mid range size and crust. Watch the video for getting started.

It looks nice enough to leave on the counter, which means you will actually use it. It bakes a nice tasty loaf of bread on basic. I haven't tried others. I would have given it five stars but the handle gets in the way of removing the 2lb. loaf which is what I make most of the time. Easy to clean as well.

I love eating and making homemade bread but can't do the kneading anymore. This machine does it all, making having fresh, homemade bread easy. The pizza dough comes out fantastic so I can have pizza when ever I want it. So far, all my efforts have been successful with this machine. I love it.

I struggled to get decent bread from an older (non Cuisanart) machine forever. First regular white bread loaf, PERFECT!! Cinnamon roll dough, PERFECT. Banana walnut bread…PERFECT. My husband is going to gain a lot of weight now!! Great instruction booklet also makes all the difference in the world.
