I like the size and versatility of the bread maker. I can keep on counter and it slides against the wall under my cupboards. I have made bread in the machine 3 times and made dough for bread and cinnamon rolls 3 times. We love doing the dough recipe and baking in the oven as I don’t like the crust as hard. I would of given 5 stars but I followed the book and couldn’t get it to change from the default settings of medium and 2 pound loaf. I watched on you-tube and said to select this first and then the bread size. I then could change settings but would go back to the default settings when I picked bread type. I called customer service last night and they were very helpful. With her guidance I selected the loaf and darkness settings like I did before, then the bread setting’s, then it let me go back and adjust the size and darkness again the second time. My next loaf I will try baking on light since I can adjust now. I like that it has the timed feature. I plan on trying while I’m at home first to make sure I entered information correctly. I would of given 5 stars if I didn’t have the problem with changing settings. I like you can have your dough done in 1 hour and 40 minutes. Put in bread pan for a second rise and bake. Lots less work and clean up and makes great bread. Tons of recipes to choose from too.

It’s mixes and kneads the dough well but don’t like how it’s cooks the bread. It comes out small and high. I now use it to knead the bread then bake it in the oven.

I got this bread maker for Christmas. Its very nice and has lots of options which is good for the beginner. Only things I would look for next time is led panel lights and if possible a light inside. I had to use a flashlight to keep an eye on the bread. It worked perfectly and I absolutely love it.

I like the look and design. I found that baking a regular loaf requires setting to “light” crust to avoid burned edges. I also would not recommend the pumpkin bread recipe with a small loaf as it doesn’t mix well, ends up being too flat and quite dry. I am still trying out several of the recipes. It is also fairly loud.
