I've been really pleased with the breadmaker. Easy to use and the break is wonderful. Easy to follow recipes also allow for slight modifications to the ingredients. Really cool and fun. A great investment.

As expected from Cuisinart, this bread maker performs well. Just follow closely the instructions on how to use the machine and you'll get wonderful bread each time. Our only disappointment with this machine is the crust settings. For us, anything except the lightest setting (so far) results in a crust that is much too dark and slightly uneven for our tastes.
Clean up is easy, the menu makes sense to use - great machine!

You need to check the recipes for errors. Watch out for the 1 and 11/2 lbs ones especially.

Convection is much more efficient than the conventional Cuisinart bread maker ... have to lower the recommended yeast addition on some products to keep bread from over rising in the given space. An impressive piece of cookware.
