Gluten free option does not work very well but any other bread is great. Crust is a bit thick even on the light option but is still very good

Bread machine is pretty loud while making bread. The first loaf I made got a little over cooked on the bottom. I’m sure I’ll get the hang of it the more I use it. I’m still happy with it even though it’s loud.

It does everything great. There’s a learning curve to figure out how to make your favorite bread. I like a combination of bread flour, rye and spelt. But the Cuisinart allows for a great crust and is a no brainer. Well made machine.

Bought this to replace an older bread machine from a different brand. Right off the bat, this machine is excellent. We're at a higher altitude so I've had to tweak the recipes just a little, but everything I've made so far has been awesome!

Received it as a gift for Christmas. It is an excellent product as long as you pay attention to the setup instructions on the crust making sure you select light if you want a perfect loaf every time. The medium crust is okay but the dark is cooking too long and the crust is very dark.
