It didn’t work. Burnt the first loaf we tried to make and when we tried to do a second one we got an irrecoverable error message that said it had to go back to the manufacturer for repair. We had only had it for one day so it went back to Macy’s.

So disappointed with my purchase!! It's been years since i owned one enjoyed in the past.. The bread pan is hard to get out when done and to get bread out of pan its a nightmare! Worst purchase i made online during covid!

No light to see bread. Dough not thoroughly mixed unless you open up and scrape sides. No sourdough bread setting so took a guess. Cooks bread ok but much more work than last bread maker I had.

I was looking for a Panasonic model I have used in the past but apparently it's not made any longer. So I decided to give Cuisinart a try. There were many good reviews on this model. I've only used it once but it performed as specified/required. The bread interior came out nice and soft but the crust was a little tough. I'll try the the light crust setting next time. It is important to follow instructions and make sure you don't use hot water, but warm water.

I had some trouble with the recipes but once I found the right proportions, the bread comes out perfect. I read the reviews about the bread burning on one side and I have not experienced that. This replaces a very expensive bread machine that bit the dust and it produces bread equally as good if not better. I recommend it highly.

I have been very happy with other Cuisinart products, so I felt good about this purchase. I tried 3 different recipes and even bought new yeast, but all with the same, disappointing results. The bread hardly rose, and the texture and taste of the bread was not good. It was a dense, short loaf with a spongy texture and an unpleasant smell. I ended up returning the unit to the store where I purchased. I gave two stars because I did like the many options on the machine. We enjoyed many years of great loaves with our previous bread machine until it quit working, so I know it wasn't me doing rhings incorrectly.
