My old (90's) machine died so i splurged on this one and am happy I did. The recipes are easy and bake up yummy breads. I have made whole wheat, raisin and pizza dough. All perfect!

Why does every loaf collapse in the middle every loaf no matter what recipe. Very disappointing. Expensive and not giving the results I thought it would.

I bought this to replace an older Cuisinart I had that finally wore out after 7 years. I love the incorporated convention oven. Gives the bread a nice crust. My only dislike is I find it hard to pull the basket out. I would give it 4.5 stars.
