Your review I waited 4 months to get this machine. I was really happy, until I made my first 2 lb loaf. Medium crust is too hard. The 2nd -2 lb loaf I used light crust, The top didn't cook done and the top center of the loaf didn't fully cook. I thought the convection fan helped to cook all sides. I'll make a smaller loaf and update this review. I'm not giving up yet.

I bought this bread maker as a replacement for my 20 year old maker. Needless to say the technology has changed in that amount of time. I bake 2-3 loaves of sourdough bread each week and it does a wonderful job. The convection baking gives a nice even browning of the loaf.
I would recommend this to a friend!
