I purchased this machine to make gluten free bread for my family. Many recipes are not easy or reliable.It seem almost as much work without the machine. Im a new baker so I dont really know if the recipe calls for 1-2 lbs. The cook book provided calls for so many ingredients I almost quit. Im still figuring this thing out but would really like my loafs to be larger and fluffy. Again this is most likely user error.
Im sure if I make regular bread it will come out just fine. As far as the machine goes it seems to be doing its job. It is rather large and bulky making it challenging to store.

Love the machine...but the nonstick coating on the bread pan blistered and peeled off into the bread. Bread pan was back ordered, making the machine unusable!

I recommend every household get one because it’s a great product. I enjoy cooking bread almost twice a week. It’s easy to use. Now I have realized what I have been missing all my life since I started cooking. I would have given 10 stars but unfortunately I can’t.
