Very easy to use with lots of preset functions

Bought my bread maker more than a year a go and keep using it twice a week. Makes very good French and whole weath breads and also pizza dough..
The only downside is that it need to add any mix manually. So if you plan to add a seed or any other mix to dough you cannot leave it to device.
Ovelall love it and will buy again.

recently added Gluten Free to my lifestyle & this machine has a specific setting for GF! Works GREAT & others
cannot tell the difference in the Bread

Bought a month or so ago and have been using it weekly or more. Unit functions perfectly - just have to get the hang of making certain breads and getting all the proper and fresh ingredients. This unit has more than enough functions for me. It's convenient, fast and easy to use.

I bought this bread maker about a month before the Coronavirus Pandemic. What a good decision it was. My grandsons tell me that it's the most used item I've bought to date on the Internet. I'm making fresh bread for seven people in the household about four times a week. Luckily I've got several stores around town that sell the box mixes, so I don't have to worry about availability. The bread it makes is ready in three hours, and the aroma in the house is so good while it's baking. Who thought baking could be so much fun. The machine is so easy to use that my seven-year-old grandson can make it, with a little help, of course. I would recommend this machine for anyone who wants an easy to use Bread Maker machine in their home.

I know this is a superb brand as i own many other appliances by cuisinart. However, this bread maker hasnt been able to make a loaf once yet correctly. The top lid snapped off right after i received it so maybe that makes it impossible to make a load correctly. But i have tried 4 times to make a load of bread and just ended up wasting my time and supplies. I wasted alot of money and wish i would have gotten a different brand at this point. I cant return it but i cant get myself to throw it away either. Maybe mine got dropped in transit. The lid should never break off. It continues to burn the bread.

I have to use just the light crust setting as even medium makes the crust too dark and too thick. Also, it is noisy. I previously had an Oster breadmaker which was much quieter. One feature I do especially like is being able to remove the bread dough and take out the blade, minimizing any hole in the bottom when done.

The only improvement this machine has over bread machines 15 years ago is that there are more options. With that being said, this machine doesn't mix the dough well, requiring human intervention to completely mix it. It is unusually loud. It burns the crust no matter what setting is used. The bread sticks to the pan unless oil is used in the recipe. I have had to scrape up the pan trying to get the bread out. The recipes that come with it are horrible; much better recipes on the Internet. I trusted the Cuisinart name, but I was fooled with this. I really don't have anything good to say about it other than it functions and I don't have to spend a lot of effort on kneading dough.

Disappointed with this breadmaker. I made 4 breads and they were all sunken loaves despite freshly bought ingredients and careful measuring. Additionally, the crusts all turned out dark despite the crust setting being medium or light. I had high hopes with this machine after reading reviews on the internet. I returned it and bought a Zojurishi Virtuoso Plus which is a fantastic machine
