Overall I really like this breadmaker. I have made quite a bit of loafs and doughs. The only thing I dont like is if you aren't home when the bread is done and it goes into keep warm mode, sometimes the bread burns. It would be nice to be able to turn that function off.

The baking process leaves a very hard crust even using light setting. The top collapses which the book says results from too much moisture. So why is the end product so dry?

Easy operation. Little prep time. You need to plan 3 to 4 hours to complete the full knead, rise, and bake. I have tried several recipes from different sources with success each time. I can’t speak to the longevity of the product as I have only had it for a couple of weeks. So far, so good.

I’ve never had a bread maker before. This machine is wonderful. Used to make bread the old fashioned way and this is great. Prefect loaves every time, even the first time.
