I got this as a Christmas gift and so far I've made a couple of loaves of bread. I think any problems Im having is user error cause the paddle keeps getting stuck in the bread and I find it hard to clean but I may be doing something wrong. But overall I'm happy with it

It’s a little early to tell. The mechanics work well. However, even with the crust setting on light my loaves finish with darker crust than I would like. As it is, the darkness I am getting is what I would expect for a medium to dark crust.
The product works well & prepares the dough as expected. Perhaps experience will improve the performance.

I am really enjoying my new bread maker, I read hundreds of reviews before I made the purchase and I find every good review to be true. I would like to be able to have a lighter crust but that is just a personal preference. It is quiet, it cooks uniformly and I love the beep to let me know I can remove the paddle before it bakes.
