Terrible quality control. Bread does not knead or rise. Defective paddle times two, replacement machine has the same problem. Expensive mistake, not sure where the quantity of Cuisinart has gone

Absolutely fantastic. We have made over a half dozon loaves so far and every one was just terrific.
We have only made regular white bread so far but we intend to try out different loaves. Can't wait to see how these will turn out. Controls are super easy to use. No guessing. Highly recommend this bread machine.

The bread pan left grease marks by the paddle in a few of the first loaves made. The pan securing devises holding it in place during the breadmaking are so stiff/have so much friction it requires way too much effort to push the pan in place. The actual bread comes out fine.This is the second identical maker I bought for use in a different state. The first one (still in use) was much better.
