I received this at Christmas and have enjoyed using it to make bread. It mixes ingredients great, but my machine does not have a good heating capability. Whenever the heating unit comes on it makes a terrible noise. I have been stopping the unit at this time and transferring the dough to a bread pan and baking it in the oven. That’s worked well for me.

I originally received mine as a gift, had an issue with it but Cuisinart warranty worked like a charm and have not had any issue with the replacement, bread comes out great and so easy to use.

We got this at Christmas to help make the homemade bread process easier. After a few practice loafs, we have had delicious breads. My only complaint is that the bread pan gets stuck sometimes and is difficult to remove. Once I had to sacrifice a loaf of bread in order to remove it. My husband was able to pull the pan out both times for me, but if you don’t have someone like that around I don’t know how you’d be able to remove it. Other than that, the bread doesn’t last long because we eat it so quickly!
