This is the best bread maker I have ever had. I only have 1 complaint which is that there is not an on/off switch. You have to plug it in to turn on and unplug to turn off. Otherwise, it kneads/ proofs and bakes breads amazing! If you are new or experienced with bread makers, this one is perfect!

This has worked great except one feature, the crust is so thick and we have used the thinnest lightest button but other than that it is great

This bread maker was a Christmas gift from my mother. I absolutely love it. I have made several of the recipes from the book that comes with the machine and I have only had few come out so-so, which was most likely due to my own mistake (I live at a high altitude, it takes practice to find the right adjustments when baking). This machine makes laborious job of bread making easy. Follow the directions and you won't be disappointed. I have made French bread, 100% whole wheat bread, French dill, country white, multi-grain, soft pretzels, pizza dough, etc. Keep in mind homemade bread does not have a shelf life like store bought bread. I suggest making the smaller loaves. If you do make larger loaves, I would shape them and bake them in the oven, but eat within a week of making it. The larger loaves tend to be higher than they are long when baked in the machine, which makes for an awkward cut. I highly suggest this machine. It hasn't failed me yet!!
