This is a good investment. I’ve experimented a few loaves and already have my favourites. Most of the recipes though need a few more tbsp of liquids so do check the dough while it’s in the kneading process. Another thing that doesn’t seem to work for me is the light crust. I haven’t had any difference between light and medium in my end product. Not sure if this function even works since am afraid to try dark Incase it burns my bread.

It was very disappointing, especially a Cuisinart. I made several loaves of bread and none of them were acceptable quality. I believe the problem is with the yeast. My old breadmaker has a separate yeast dispenser- never fails to make delicious, well risen golden loaves. Would never recommend this product! Very disappointing

very disappointed, bread pan very difficult to remove, started making horrible noise when mixing, very difficult bread from pan after baking. Just returned it!!! Would not reccomend.

I have been baking bread in my new Cuisinart about every other day. Using recipes from the book that came with the bread machine, and from Pinterest. it is so easy to use, even though I have a few tweaks to recipes. I have attached a couple of photos of bread I made. Hawaiian, challah, etc. All turned out beautiful. I have made pepperoni garlic bread, and roasted red pepper garlic bread. Awesome grilled cheese sandwiches.

This machine was going to get five stars until the last loaf yesterday. This nearly new machine has made three beautiful loaves of gluten free bread, better than store-bought with no preservatives. Hubby has loved the basic white sandwich bread, the oatmeal bread, and yesterday we made a beautiful loaf of honey wheat bread. When I plugged the machine up for that last loaf and tried to set it for quick bread setting number three it showed the time as about 4 hours and 17 minutes something like that. That was way longer than stated in the book list so I tried again and again and it would not come off that 4 hours. Finally we put it on setting number one for basic white bread and we got a beautiful loaf of honey wheat. We have loved the convection aspect which gives a Crispy Crunchy crust all over without ruining the bread inside. We love that at one point you can stop the machine and take the paddle out and resume and so it bakes up nice without the paddle inside messing up your loaf. Clean up is easy . But now I have to reserve all but one star because when I looked up the HHH error code, it says fatal error has occurred contact your service center. We were looking forward to making pizza dough and having pizza New Year's Eve, likely not going to happen now.

Doesn’t work for GF bread no matter what setting you put it on. Tried two different ways and each time turned out in little dried clumps rather than a loaf. The paddle doesn’t seem to be big enough to stir everything properly. Also, it took us 15 minutes just to be able to get the loaf pan out of the machine each time. Horrible design and function.

I’ve baked several loaves of bread of different sizes and they’ve all been dry. I’ve made various kinds of bread using various recipes, with the same results. Not sure if it’s because it’s a convection unit or not. I am disappointed in the bread maker. I have several Cuisinart appliances and this is the first time I’ve been unhappy with my purchase.
