I love this bread machine. It is the first one that I have had. I have used it a few times so far and it is wonderful. There are a great variety of things it will make. There are also many settings so you can make your breads or doughs exactly how you like it. I am very pleased.

the first thing i looked for is a stable paddle i dont like the collapsable ones i think they may not do well so this was my first concern and it passed next i had to replace a bread maker of 12 years and i make bread every week we do not buy bread from the stores to many ingredients and it taste stale i give this one a 5 star cause it meets all my requirements and it makes a very nice 2 lb loaf

Light setting really isnt much different from medium or dark. Very disappointing. All the breads I have made, the crust is hammer hard no matter the setting

It bakes nicely. It is large and takes up a lot of space both on the counter and in the cabinet . My previous unit had a yeast dispenser on top that I thought was handy. This unit doesn’t have it. I like that it has a pause to remove the paddle prior to the baking cycle. Next time, I will buy a smaller unit, so it can be stored in a cabinet better.

After being diagnosed with celiac disease almost 30 years ago, I have been baking bread for my husband. The first recipes I attempted were often flops and loaves of gluten-free bread often turned out to be "boat anchors". The arrival of my Cuisinart bread machine was nothing short of a revolution. I made a loaf every week for -no lie- 18 years (!) with my original machine. 18! That's unheard of in these days of short-lived appliances! When I finally replaced it with an identical model I was thrilled. Cuisinart has made our lives so much easier and for that I heartily give your company a shout-out.
