This machine makes amazing bread in less time than my previous machine. It also came with a very generous recipe booklet of which I’ve already made 6 different varieties. Each tinned I made the 2lb loaf and they came out perfect.

Our whole wheat loaves keep turning out very small and dense no matter what we try. It is not turning out like the home made bread I remember making in my grandma's machine.

I love the look and all of the options for different breads. I also love that it came with a recipe book. However, I think the recipe books might be slightly off? I’ve tried 4 different recipes so far, and followed them exactly and all 4 of them had some issue when baking the bread including 3 of them “boiling over” and resulting in a complete mess inside the bread machine that I then had to clean up, dump all of the now wasted ingredients, and start over. I realized this happens anytime I try a 2lb loaf. The 1 and 1.5lb loaves seem to be okay, but it’s almost as if it’s not truly a 2lb capacity machine? When it does go right, the bread is delicious! Just seems like there is a bit more trial and error than I was anticipating. Overall, I recommend it, just be cautious and keep an eye on the machine if attempting a 2lb loaf!
