This unit replaced an older Cuisanart bread maker I'd had for years. I am wishing I had replaced the older unit sooner now. This unit makes the most perfect loaf of bread that I have ever made in a bread maker. My old machine made "batman" bread, sunken in the middle with batman ears. Even the small 1lb loaf comes out perfect in this unit. It also has a button you can turn off to stop the alert for mix ins. I rarely use mix ins and I was always hoping I had the right alert to remove the paddle from the bottom, now I know when it's the right alert as I can silence the mix in alert. Such a great thing. This unit has far more menu items than I've been able to try so far, but after making dough, 2lb and 1lb loaves, I am delighted at not only the loaf shape, but the quality of the bread itself.

Love this machine. We started making our own bread after my son was diagnosed with ADHD. It allows us to control the amount of sugar he consumes. Everything we had made in machine turns out great.

It works great. It has more options than most of the bread makers out there. I have not used all of the functions yet, but so far it has done a great job. I have used the french loaf, wheat bread, white bread, and last minute. I like it beeps so you can take the paddle out before the last rise.

This is my second bread machine. My old one lasted 10 yrs. First time with a Cuisinart and I trusted the brand. I use the basic white 2lb setting on light for all my breads, even when 1/2 wheat or raisin. Makes a beautiful loaf. Mine is fairly quiet when running. I love it and you will too.

This one is a replacment for an older Cuisinart Bread Maker. I like the buttons instead of the pressure pad. The way the bread pan locks in place is another improvment. I used most recipes from the book right now and they worked out great. Overall a great machine. The tips in the recipe book about how to measure the flour really solved a problem I was having with the bread top falling in. Once I started spooning the flour into the cup my loaves of bread have not collapsed.

This is my first bread maker, so I can’t compare it to any of the others. Having said that, so far I absolutely love this machine! I’ve only made bread by hand before, so this is a real labor saver for me, and the bread comes out great! Can’t wait to use the dough cycle and let the machine do the “heavy lifting” when I make my homemade cinnamon rolls. Oh, I also love that my whole kitchen doesn’t get hot, like when I use my regular watt guzzling oven!
