This bread maker is so easy to use! I've made a few loaves and each one has turned out great! There are many different bread recipes in the booklet provided with the bread maker. Just follow the directions exactly and you won't have any issues. There's also a section that has been to-the-minute for each process time of each recipe. I looked at numerous videos about this product and some people did have issues, but they were user-related, not product related. Don't let those turn you off from bread maker. I highly recommend this! It even makes wonderful pizza dough!

First 2 loaves burned on bottom despite following directions very carefully so returned the machine. Expected more from Cuisinart. I have been making bread with machines for years so know how.

I tried it twice. Two different recipes. Followed directions exactly. Burnt crust both times. Bread maker is going back. I’ve had two different bread machines over the last 40 years. I’ve never had this problem before now.
