The LED screen message on my HP 2200se says, replace Cyan ink cartridge I just installed.
I pull out the new Cyan ink cartridge and the LED screen message says, Cyan ink cartridge is missing.
I install the second new Cyan ink cartridge that I recently purchased and the LED screen message says, Cyan ink cartridge is empty, SO ??????? What do I do now ????

I love having an HP inkjet printer that has separate color cartridges so I only have to replace the cartridge I use up. My printer is 14 years old and still prints clearly and in depth color due to the HP ink that I use. Thank you for making a quality, long-lasting product!
