We have had this for several years. The only problem has been with the knobs which are plastic coated thin metal which were easily damaged by broiling with the oven door open. These knobs are no longer used and have been replace by solid stainless steel ones. We love this range!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This range has given us very good service and we have been complemented on its handsome design features by everyone that visits. The only problem we have ever had was with the grates and griddle and GE Customer Service quickly took care of that issue, no problem! It is our understanding that the model that replaced the one we purchased now comes with grates and griddle manufactured by Lodge Company, the cast iron skillet manufacture, thereby eliminating the problem we had. This is the nicest appliance we have ever owned.
