Excellant printer

This is my second Epson printer. I do sports photography with an emphasis on motorsports . I purchased a Picturemate zoom at the beginning of the year and was so impressed, I decided to switch to an Epson when I replaced my full size printer. I have had the RX680 for about 4 months now and am as impressed by it, as i was the zoom.
I would recommend this to a friend!

So disappointed

I've always used Epson printers and thought the quality of the machines and of the photos I printed were great...until now. This machine had a paper jam about a month after I bought it. It has worked horribly ever since. I haven't been able to print any photos without lines and blank stripes throughout. Have tried everything suggested with no luck. I am finally just replacing it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Broke within 2 months

I had purchased this unit mainly to print on CD's and DVD's. I was able to print on about 6 or 7 printable DVD's and then the unit would not print anymore. The DVD tray would get stuck inside the printer and most of the time it would just spit the dvd tray back out of the unit. This printer is lightly used. I am so disappointed in this product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

At first intimidating but...........

From ease of set-up to quality of print the 680 is by far the finest printer I have ever used. My prefrences lean more to quality but this is a fast printer. He He, and the price? Its almost free.

I have had this all-in-one printer for over 6 months and I find it very easy to use. It is my first home copier and once it was set up I was amazed at how many times I use the copier feature. Very convenient and attractive looking product. What took me so long to get one? Just don't know how useful a all-in-one printer can be until you have one handy.

Great all in one printer

I like the rx680 very much - it prints great, and the color is excellent. The scanner is great as is the copier. My oly complaint is the cost of the replacement ink - WAY TOO EXPENSIVE!!!!!!! I sometime think hardware companies are in the business of SELLING INK!!!
However that being said - it is a great piece of equipment. I notice the sale on it is not too much more expensive than to buy a set of the ink cartridges - IE: my point re: the cost of the ink!
I would recommend this to a friend!
