#11 print head and #11 cartridge have the same number causing me to order the wrong product in 2 of 4 items. Now I have to pay to send back and reorder. very disappointed that these items were not more deeply described. I also had a difficult time finding the correct items even after I entered my plotter model

When the print head goes, the plotter stops, regardless of the fact your deadline is right now. Had to replace this printhead just a couple months ago (only about 12 prints have been made in that time), and now it dies at 4am when on deadline. This kind of thing should last longer than that.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Installing this print head ruined my printer and I choose not to put anymore time or money into it as the print heads and ink cartridges are expensive. I found a solution in a forum but the file was inaccessible. This is poor customer support.

The cartridge was installed and colors look normal. However, every time I power up the printer and after every print job, the printer runs an automatic printhead check routine and prints a color test page. This is wasting a lot of paper and time.
