#11 print head and #11 cartridge have the same number causing me to order the wrong product in 2 of 4 items. Now I have to pay to send back and reorder. very disappointed that these items were not more deeply described. I also had a difficult time finding the correct items even after I entered my plotter model
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

print heads work as they should. i placed them in the plotter and they calibrated correctly. i had purchased refilled generic ones that would not work at all. these are definitely worth the price. i purchased and replaced all the colors at the same time.
