Fixed the print problem

Had tried new ink cartridge, cleaned print heads &aligned but nothing worked until I replaced the black print head. Had to run clean print heads a couple of times after then install but now works great!
I would recommend this to a friend!

The economics for a XL cartridge is better then on a less expensive printer.

Quit printing black

Received about a month ago. Worked perfectly for three weeks, then skips lines or prints partial characters. Replaced all ink cartridges and both print heads.
When I align the printer, it says that it cannot.

Defective Part

When I'd received my printhead it worked great on the first day. However, on day two, it was no longer working and had to be sent back for a replacement. HP made it easy for me to ship the defective head back using Fed-Ex.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Just what I needed

I thought I just needed new ink cartridges, but when I changed them, the printer still didn't print right. I am not a "techie" so I went online to see what the problem might be. PRINTER HEADS! Hmmmm! Didn't know about that! I needed both, so I bought them on a weekend, and they got here on Tuesday...Free shipping...Can't beat that! They were easy to change out, and that was exactly what I needed! I am now printing happily away! Thanks!
