Our other wash machine didnt clean clothes, but this cleans them.....

HAPPY SO FAR

We just had this delivered yesterday at a new residence. We had a top of the line HE front loader at our last home. In comparison, this is SO much faster. It's quieter. I can't hear it (except the water draining) from the kitchen just on the other side of the wall. I had set in stains from my toddler that had already gone through the wash in my old machine a few times. They came out on the FIRST wash. I knew the problem was just that I needed to soak them for a bit. Everything else was exactly the same. I love this old style machine already. I will update my review after some time has passed, but right now... I've never been this excited to do laundry.

Was looking for a washing machine similar to ones I've previously used. Needed to replace a "not GE" brand that had all the bells and whistles and quit working after 3 years.

Great capacity, SUPER quiet, cleans clothes wonderfully! After trying an another brand's HE washer while on vacation, I knew I only wanted old school GE washer. I love the ribbed basket, clothes smell clean and fresh, and no lid lock-love it.

Simple, effective, and quiet. Overall excellent washer for the price. I feel like the simplicity of it means there are less parts to break, no computers, and easy repairs if needed. Has worked like a dream!

Just received my new Washer today. Did my first load of laundry and was very pleased with the results. The clothes came out nice and clean and so dry that they didnt need too much time in the dryer.
