I bought got this washer replaced from a GE front loader that was wort it. I love this top loader.

problems with my washer

i bought my washer Feb or march of 2016 and i have already had a tech come out twice i would love nothing more then to return the washer but i am told i can not return to sears because it have been more then 30 days and now i feel stuck

already broke down

i bought this less than three months ago and they are already having to replace several large parts. It's extreemly loud and the shortest cycle is still over an hour. My service tech told me this product is notorious for its issues

Overall solid purchase

I purchased this washer about a year ago.
Pros: It overall works very well. Clothes are cleaned well and haven't had any damage to items. I really love all the different features/options on this washer. F
Cons: Machine is on the louder side. We have a condo and when machine is in spin mode you can definitely hear it throughout the condo. I was even concerned neighbors would hear and complain, but they luckily can't. Also, after washing the door has to be left open otherwise you get a musty smell from the moisture after washing a load of clothing.
Overall: It was a good purchase for the price. Would not purchase if you are living in close quarters due to the noise.

We bought a set of washer & dryer in October 2016, by January we have had it brake down & serviced 4 times.

dead after less than four years

Be bought this washer because of good reviews and energy efficiency. Now, less than four years later, we are having to replace the washer. The bearings are gone and the rubber gasket inside is shredding. PATHETIC.
