I got this washer in December and I love everything about it! It's quiet, even the spin cycle. Clothes come out clean. Only thing I wish was the end cycle buzzer was a little louder.

takes a little getting used to

It sings, it dings & it wrings out your clothes to almost dry!. They come out fresh & clean. I don't understand the not so good reviews about it taking too long to wash. There is an "express" button that makes it a normal wash cycle time...and Yes, you do need to leave the door open for a n hour or so after use to avoid mildew on the rubber gaskets, but that is true of any front load washing machine.
If I have to say one small problem for me is that my arms are too short to reach the back of the tub, so I use a little back scratcher to pull the wet clothes forward LOL.
Aside from that the machine is amazing. It's so quiet you don't even hear the machine filling, draining or spinning. LOVE IT!!!

Does a great job of cleaning. Does make a lot of noise in the rinse and the spin cycles, Like my old top loader if it got out of balance with a heavy load. The machine is level and cannot be rocked when it is not in operation, so it has to be internal.
