I bought this product months ago and I installed it on 11/15/2015
I used it yesterday very easy to use and I love all the options on it.
I loved most that It has an option for bloody clothes because my son's
nose is always bleeding

I bought this a month ago and I'm so happy I did, excellent features, easy to load and unload and it washes the biggest comforter you have!

Nice washer, lots of features. Easy to use. Big in load size and physical size. Very loud, though. This is the loudest front loading washer I have ever owned. I have bought three now. Have had this about two months. I like it!!

Horrible motor

Bought this new. First time using it there was a loud noise during spin cycle that sounded as if it was preparing to propel itself through the wall. Service tech said they changed motors and new motor was not as solid as the previous motors. Put in a old motor and it is better but still pretty loud. May be due to the flimsy bases that they are sitting on also.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Water Drain hose

The hose from the back of the washer came loose from the pipe and water went everywhere ruining the sheet rock and the joint compound in the ceiling below the washer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

When I purchased this, it was a big splurge. It seemed worth the money though. It was not.
Ithe is extremely loud and I don't think it cleans any better than other older models I have had in the past.
