It's an ok Washer. It doesn't clean the clothes that good. Not too fond of the features. The door opens to the left which is extremely akward. The door gets in the way if you have a dryer that opens to the right because both doors meet in the middle. I hate this.

Purchased in July 2015 after researching numerous Washers and I'm happy with my decision. Plenty of features for any type of loads. Clothes come out almost dry. Make sure you leave door open after your wash so no smells linger later. A little noisy at times but all washers are the same.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this washer 2 weeks ago and so far here are the pros and cons.
Pros: super quiet - it's absolutely a dream regarding how quiet it is, even the tumble!
It's very easy to program.
It's HE and boy does it preserve water! I am expecting quite a savings energy wise after 12 mos.
I think it does a good job on cleaning clothing and the size is large enough to wash our comforter along with the duvet.
Cons: the door lock sometimes doesn't latch with the first shut, not sure why but the seal is good (no leaking), so maybe it's just I'm shutting it too hard or too soft. But it's a nuisance to have the door swing back at you.
You can't hear the buzzer when the load is finished if your washer is downstairs. Even with the volume up high, you really have to listen for it.

We finally bought a front load washer. It sounded loud on the first load. We washed about 6 loads and was impressed with how dry the clothes were. My husband found a grey rubber strip in a load of clothes. He contacted our dealer and he came out that day. A bearing was out. He took the washer and luckily we still had our old washer. They replaced it with a new one a week and a half later. Hopefully this one lasts longer. The customer service form our local dealer was outstanding. I am still hopeful that this was a good purchase.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
