Washers are designed to clean clothes - RIGHT!!!

I purchased this washer in August and decided to giv it some time to be broken in....I'm still waiting to have clean clothes, as I have been accustomed to and not have some clothes come out with lint.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

With the GE, my clothes don't smell fresh and there is a mechanical oil odor in the drum even though I have cleaned it. There was a soap stain on one garment after washing it. I cannot figure out how to cancel a cycle, either. Not happy with. Also, my drip dry clothes are no longer wrinkle free; they used to be with another make of front-loading washer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We bought this product because our other washer died. So far has worked great. Not as loud as some of the reviews I have seen. Only negative piece because of the way it washes does take some time, but it has a quick wash feature that only takes about 30 min. The sanitize wash can shrink your cloths, so be careful.

This machine is extremely powerful. It's easy to understand the digital controls. It has a huge drum (my arms are too short so I practically fall in trying to get my socks). I don't understand why people say it takes a long time to run a cycle, there is a time saver option on it. I love the music it plays and the digital readout is large and bright blue. It really cleans the close well and has an awesome wringing option panel from no wring to almost dry. LOVE IT!!
