Leaking Water

Bought this in December, gasket seal tore after about several months of use. Still waiting to get it repaired as the gasket is on back order. It has been leaking water all over my laundry room for several months. I wish I could just return it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have been using my washer for approximately 2.5 months. I love the fact that it holds a large amount of laundry, that I can wash my comforter in it, and the fact that my water bill has gone down by 10 + bucks a month. It even allows you to sanitize your bedding. Love it and would highly recommend it to anyone. I leave my door open so that I have no problems with the seal. not sure if I am suppose to or not but so far so good.

Bought 3 mths ago, love the sensor feature. When towels are not dry it continues, without having to constinly having to check. Awesome!
