Design Problem

Dryer failed twice in a two week period. Two different repairmen said it was a design problem and they could not fix. Switch on spring for belt pulley to sensitive and stops drum from rotating. Problem is intermittent.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this product and it is easy to use and washes really good. It has plenty of options for cleaning clothes so you can cut your dry cleaning bills in half. I love it.

Not stackable

These were sold to me as a stackable washer and dryer. While they can stack it is not a good plan. I am 61" tall and the top controls would be at a 75" height. The washer and dryer work well, although the dryer door latch is tough to manage.

Just installed today, no issues what so ever. Installation instructions were well written. There are some really great features and it is a beautiful machine. Only time will tell how well it holds up, we go through a lot of laundry!

Great quiet washer with lots of room

Just purchased washer a couple weeks ago, installed on 1/3 and have used it 6 times already. It is a quiet washer with a lot of wonderful features. Clothes smell a lot better and are much softer than sitting in the dirty water from a top load machine. Even our cats like to sit in front of it watching the clothes go around. No complaints and a lot better than the washer we had with only 2 settings.
