This printer is perfect for home use. Makes excellent photos, print shop quality. I was shocked at the clarity of the photos (looks like you developed from a known company) . Quick camera memory card use. Takes seconds to print photo's to your specs. This printer is worth it's photo capabilities by itself. I can scan/print/copy in black/white or color. Totally worth every penny. I love this printer! It has changed my tech world!!

All-In-One Printer

I have owned the C7280 for 2 years. LOVE IT. The ease of use for this Grandma is very important. The photos are beautiful and don't fade, and the color does not run if a little water gets on it. Being able to copy important paper without leaving my home and sending and receiving a fax saves time and gas money. Best All-In One I have owned.

C7280 All in One

This printer has one "terrible" feature. If you ever print envelopes avoid this printer. I have resorted to hand writing envelopes. You must remove your 8.5 x 11 paper and adjust the tray for an envelope. It is too time consuming and annoying. The paper trays are a little difficult to access. This printer also takes too much time to print. I have had better. It comes with lots of features that you won't use. In the home office setting, I wouldn't recommend it. If you only print pictures, maybe it's better. I don't use that feature much. Faxing and scanning are fine.

Photosmart All in one C7280

I purchased the C7280 because of its wireless capabilities. Initially, I was so disappointed with the printer that I was ready to return it to the store because I could not install the software. I visited a couple of forum websites to see if there were any tips to install the software. It was at that point that I realized I needed to install an upgrade from the HP website.
After visiting the website, I ran into another roadblock because of my operating system. I contacted HP's support line and found out that HP was in the process of updating all of the printer software to work with my particular operating system. If I could give HP 72 hours, I would be able to complete the installation of the printer software to my laptop.
I waited and I am glad I did. I have used the wireless feature with both the MAC Leopard and the Microsoft XP operating systems. I have used the printing, copying, and scanning features. These features are easy to use with pop up dialog boxes giving instructions for each step.
The printing is high quality as I have printed text, charts and tables in awesome colors. The two-sided printing feature is a definite plus because it is automatic. I don't have to take the paper out after the first side prints and then reinsert the paper for the back page to print. This printer performs well.

Not worth any price

After buying not one, but TWO of these, I am going back to the store to find something else. I have lost so much time and wasted so much money on ink because this piece of junk only runs for a few months, if that, before it develops a crippling problem. This time the Cyan ink does not replace. It just keeps telling me to replace it or print in black only. After trying 4 different carts, I have determined it is once again the printer, not the cartridges, at fault. Do not waste your time or money on this junk!!!

This is absolutely the worst HP product I have ever bought. Previous printers were great. With this printer, I have had nothing but errors. At first it simply lsot connectivitiy (yes I've loaded the updates), now it won't print more than three pages without an ink system error. It also tells me I've shut down the system incorrectly when I prees the off button.
I cannot honestly rate the print quality that well, as I have not been able to print enough successfully.

Ink smearing

This unit does not work well with important documents as the ink never really dries. Smudges from sweaty hands makes documents look awful. Works great for pictures.

Fantastic Printer

This is my fifth HP printer and all are still working great, just wanted to go wireless. Easy to set up, just follow the instructions on the screen. Don't forget about your firewall. Very please with the quality of photos. Like the fact of printing on both sides. Makes great copies and fast. We installed from the disk on Vista and XP with our wireless. Thanks HP.
