[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked this product because the food stayed at a good hot temp but did not dry it out.. I used it for mashed potatoes the first time. What I did not like was that I placed the serving bowl right on the floor of the drawer, and when sliding the bowl over to put another bowl in, the paint scratched off, so be careful! Otherwise good product. P. S.- happy that it was available in color black!
